PSU Wattage Help

Will a 250W PSU be able to cope with

Intel i3 2120, Intel DH61ZE Mobo, 6 GB (1*2 GB + 1*4GB) RAM, 1 TB Western Digital Caviar Green HDD, Samsung DVD Writer?

One more thing I wanna ask. The PSU I'm using is around 5 years old. So, if it dies someday in the middle of running PC, will I end up with fried CPU, or it'll be just fine?

Yes, I'm saving up for Raedon HD 7770 & Corsair VS 650. I'll get it around 5 months later.

Usually the PSU doesn't take hardware with it, sometimes the motherboard and sometimes the video card.

Usually not the CPU, unless the mobo has failed gradually enough and in just the right (or wrong) spots to kill your CPU. (It wouldn't directly be the PSU's fault though).

Normally they fail gracefully, excluding the cheaply built units.
