PSU Wattage Requirements

Hey, im gonna build a PC and im stuck on which PSU to get, Im gonna have a i5 4690k (gonna OC, maybe to 4.6-4.8) and either a GIgabyte GTX970 or 980, havent decided on which one to get. How many watts do I need for my PSU

600w psu will be great, or 550w
