PSU way too loud

Is there any way I can decrease the noise coming from my PSU. It's a 680W Thermaltake. I tried using AMD Cool & Quiet but it doesn't seem to reduce the noise of my PSU.

Typically Thermaltake PSU's come with fan control knobs. If your PSU came with all that stuff, read the manual, then hook it all up.

I have heard that that PSU runs quiet. It is on my next upgrade list.

C&Q doesn't usually control PSU fan speeds.

Mine didn't come with a control knob, and it's much louder than my previous PSU. Is it still possible to order a control for it?
