Question PSU weird sound when turned on and off

The Seasonic Focus 450w I ordered came three days ago and right from the beginning it make these noises. When the rig is turned on it makes like an electric "click" easily audible even at a distance of several meters. When turned off it makes another noise a bit more loud.

Consider the sound is more deep in real. Also the static noise in the background is just my old GPU.

Should I be worried about this and perhaps ask for a replacement as long I can?

If it's just from turning your computer on and off, then it is completely normal.

The clicking you are hearing is an electric relay being engaged/disengaged when the PSU is being turn on or off. No need for an RMA.

Yes only in those cases. Except that, its very quiet even on big load. Honesty I dont know much about PSU in general, but this is reassuring, thank you.
