PSU - Whats a good choice for Wattage?

Hey,

I am planning to upgrade my computer a bit, and currently have a 650W and was told to upgrade, due to upgrading. Specs WILL be

CPU : Intel Core i7-7700K Kaby Lake 4.2 GHz LGA 1151
Motherboard : ASUS ROG STRIX Z270E GAMING LGA 1151 ATX
GPU : Zotac 1080 TI
RAM : 8-16 GB, non RGB, (Ballistix or Kingston)
Tower : Phantom NXT (Planning to add a couple fans, coming to 4)

What model 650w PSU ??

If its decent quality & below 5 years old then it may be more than good enough.

Had it since 2012, And its a Corsair 600M

Yeah change it then mate.

A good quality 550w is more than enough although I would stump the extra $15-20 for a 650w for the extra headroom.

What country are you ?? What's the max budget you want to drop on a PSU ??

I can go 80 if needed, And USA. Best to pay bit more for a longer lasting

That PSU (and thermaltake PSUs in general) isn't that great. You're better off with any of the other PSUs that have been listed in this thread.

Yeah, a good 650W is plenty even if you're overclocking.
