PSU - Which one?

I have narrowed my PSU choice to 2 models :

Antec TruePower 380 Watts (TRUE380)
Antec SmartPower 400 Watts (SL400)

They are both at the same price, I know that the TruePower is supposed to be better, but I would like to know if anyone have experience with SmartPower series? Are they good? Are they noisier?

Btw, I will use this PSU for :
A64 3000+
Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 (nForce4 4x)
Gigabyte GeForce 6600GT 128Megs

I plan to do moderate overcloking (no high-end RAM or high-hsf). Stock cooling overclocking!

I bought an Antec SX1040B II case that comes with 400Watts, model SL400. I have been using it for three years with no problem. My other four fans in the case is probably more noiser than my the fan on the PSU.

This computer is not the same setup as yours. This PSU supply power to my Abit KR7A motherboard, 6 250Gig Maxtor, Geforce 3 Ti200 and AXP 2000+.

I have not have problem with it, so I'm think the 400 Watts (SL400) is alright.

Antec's True series are better quality PSU than the lower smart line.
The True 380 probally outperforms the smart 400.
