Hi today when i was cleaning my pc i saw white mater like glue on my PSU on the capacitors. I change the fan from the psu about a year and a half because the old fan stop working and the psu start so smell like burning plastic or someting. And from then the psu is buzzing if its on full load when im gaming but i dont remember the white thing that's leak from the capacitors by the way pc is working fine so should i buy new psu or use the old one the psu is cooler master 500w real power.

The white "stuff" on the coils is glue/silcone to stabilize them. The white "stuff" near the yellow rectangle is harder to identify.

Look at the bottom left quadrant of this picture

There is white silicone on several of the coils. That is totally normal. This is a picture of a Seasonic power supply taken from here -- https://www.eteknix.com/seasonic-xp2-platinum-660w-fully-modular-power-supply-review/3/ There are lots of dabs of silicone.
