PSU will work?

Hello im upgrading my pc (some parts ) , and dont know if the psu i have will work with the upgrade , or i have to buy a new one .

Right now, i have :
DualCore Intel Pentium D 945, 3400 MHz (17 x 200)
Asus P5V-VM Ultra (2 PCI, 1 PCI-E x1, 1 PCI-E x16, 2 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, Video, LAN)
DIMM1: Advance Modules 512 MB DDR2-533 DDR2 SDRAM (5-4-4-12 @ 266 MHz) (4-4-4-12 @ 266 MHz) (3-3-3-9 @ 200 MHz)
Hard disk 160 gb IDE
Recorder DVD/CD
The case has a cooler in the side
Other stuff(mouse, keyboard,headphones, speakers, dont know if this is relevant)

I will buy :
i5 second generation(2300 or 2400 )
asus p8h67 m-lx or similar
4 gb ram 1333mhz
500 hard disk SATA2 or SATA3

I dont think to buy a dedicate gpu. I read that the Pentium D 945 and i5 have the same TPD .

The numbers don't make sense for the +12V rails. How do you get 370W (30A) from a +12V1@8A and +12V2@13A? Are you sure the +12V1 is 8A and not 18A?

The OP never specified 30 Amps just the 370W for, I assume, the combined +12V rails. You'll never get 30 Amps from a +12V1@8A and +12V2@13A.

What are you going to use for a GPU since I don't see anywhere where you have one?

i will check the numbers , maybe i copy wrong . i dont going to use a dedicated gpu, i will use the intel hd 2000 that come with the i5 2400.

Thats numbers are right , i just checked, those are in the label on the psu . So i need to buy a new one or not?.
If i have to buy a new , tell me how much ampers i have to check in rails to make the config work good and safe.(not brands causes its not easy to get one of thoses)
