5.9x5.5x3.4 is a standard atx sized power supply size although some are a bit longer in length than others.
any standard atx sized power supply should fit in your case.

i would avoid buying something too low end. it would be suggested to buy something made by seasonic or xfx if you can.

The width and height are the same for all ATX power supplies, so you only have to worry about the length. And that case can actually take just about any length of power supply, the power supply could just block the bottom fan position if it's too long.

How do i know its a ATX power supply?

You pay the $69.99 cost up front. You perform the mail-in rebate by clipping out the UPC code from the retail box that the PSU comes in along with the rebate form and proof of purchase like a copy of the receipt. You have to wait for approval and if it's successfully approved you will receive a $25 rebate cash card in the mail after many weeks/months of waiting.

Yea i think im going to do the 500w one you linked earlier the 650w one is nice but i dont want to deal with mailing in the rebate and i dont need that power yet.
