PSU with flat cables

Hi, I am going to be doing my first build soon so I will be using some low cost budget parts. I need a PSU with flat cables so they will fit in my budget case for cable management. I have seen modular ones but they seem too expensive for my PC. Can anyone recommend some PSUs with relatively flat cables?

The PSU is the single most important part of the computer. DO NOT cheap out. Stick with Antec, XFX, Seasonic, EVGA.
