Question Psu won’t turn on.

I am a complete noob at building pcs and I accidentally screwed too big of screws into a psu, but they seemed to fit.
Will this affect anything? I tested my psu after the fact and it didn’t seem to stay on for long. The fan spinned for a half of a second then stopped. Help please.
