PSU works on Dell Optiplex 790?

I'm ordering a GTX 1050 ti for my Optiplex 790 (MT) and was wondering if the CORSAIR 80 PLUS TX 650w is good enough and will it fit?
EDIT: The reason why I chose this, is because I found a good price for it

1050 needs 300w so technically sure it will run on a 650w PSU.
be conscious that Dell Motherboard often do not have UEFI Bios, but regular Bios systems and in some cases, cannot run the 1050 (ie black screen boot)
so unpack your new video card carefully, try it if it work greats if it doesn't repack and return to store.

The Power Supply I'm mentioning, does it have all the cables required? Because I'm thinking about taking out the 265w OEM PSU after I found that my monitor uses 53w. Is it better off upgrading my PSU to that one? Because I originally was gonna not upgrade it but after I found out about my monitor using 53w is it necessary
