i was searching for psu around internet and came across with this thing
Corsair CX Series 750 Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified Modular Power Supply

https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Certified-Modular-CP-9020061-NA-Refurbished/dp/B07HM869MP/ref=sr_1_11?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1549449716&sr=1-11&keywords=750%2Bwatt%2Bpower%2Bsupply&th=1

It says thats, its Refurbished (functionality testing, basic cleaning, inspection, and repackaging).
also it comes with a 90-day warranty and seller is Corsair Outlet.

What do u think should i give a try to it?

More than enough assuming you have a standard system with a slight overclock.

However I wonder why it had to be refurbished. I am not familiar with Corsair PSUs but if a PSU had to be refurbished what are the chances it wouldn't have to be refurbished again?
I personally wouldn't trust it and would buy a brand new PSU in the 80 PLUS silver-gold quality range.

About how much PSU wattage you need we don't know because you haven't listed the other parts of your PC which draws power through your PSU (i.e.: CPU,RAM,cooling, storage, number of USB devices) also we don't know if you overclocked/plan to overclock your CPU,GPU,RAM and if so by how much.

Here you can calculate the recommended PSU wattage for your system:

No way would I use that PSU on an expensive GPU even if it was new.

Better to get a good quality PSU that's not a budget unit and refurbished...
