[SOLVED] PSU zzzzz kinda Sound

Regardless of the noise, replace it. It sounds like bad coil whine from cheap components, it was never that good when new but with this coil whine, I'd be getting rid.

If you want recommendations on a new one, state which country you're in and which etailer you're using.

i5 9400f , h310-k r2.0 , 16 ram (2400mhz) , gtx 1070 rog strix , 1tb hdd , 120ssd

With that system I would definitely recommend a higher end power supply.

i think that sound comes from vibration. when i touch case strongly it stops making this noice , could it be cooler?

Possibly. But the power supply is proper garbage man, that should go regardless.
