its not so much the power issue with that PSU,it appears to have TWO pci power connections whereas with 2 460s you would need FOUR total.

For a system using two reference design GeForce GTX 460 graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 620 Watt or greater power supply that has a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 37 Amps or greater and that has at least four 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Total Continuous Amperage Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most important factor.

Since you are using the EVGA GeForce GTX 460 SuperClocked 01G-P3-1363-KR that are factory overclocked by 192 MHz for the Core Clock and you are also manually overclocking that by an additional 33 MHz I would add at least an additional 6 Amps in total for two cards to handle the overclock.

So in your intended configuration where you never run Furmark you should be looking at a power supply with a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 43 Amps or greater.

If you do run Furmark or some other GPU stress testing utility for some reason, or you want your system to be able to run them, then you will require a power supply with a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 55 Amps or greater.

Reputable name brand 750 Watt or greater power supplies will have the requisite four or more PCI Express supplementary power connectors and sufficient combined +12 Volt continuous current capacity for your system configuration.

The Corsair Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 (CMPSU-750TXV2), with its combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 62 Amps and with four (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors, is sufficient to power your system configuration with two GeForce GTX 460 in 2-way SLI mode.
