Just like to know whether I can use the new ATX 2.0 PSU on my old ATX mobo? Will it fry my board or either way? How bout plug in the 24pins power cable into 20pins socket? Any issue?

It will be fine. You just have to check your mobo for space for the 4 extra pins - they stick out one side of the socket(the right side I think, but I could be wrong), or get a 24 to 20 converter - they're cheap.
