You are going to need to provide more information so people can help you. What are your systems specs and do you have any plans on upgrading any other components such as CPU/GPU in the future? This allows us to tell things such as what kind of wattage and connectors your system will require. Would also need to know what retailers you prefer/where you are from. This way people don't recommend you a PSU from amazon USA when you are in australia or something.

There are many good and bad PSUs even from the same brands, so it is really hard to give a blanket statement of look for X, Y, and Z brand names. Since I currently lack enough information to fully help you, there are a few "PSU Tier Lists" that are typically accurate and can be easily found by googling. Though I would still double check with other reputable sources that said PSUs are actually of good quality such as jonnyguru.com
