Can i run a GT 1030 graphics card with a non-branded power supply?

Need specifics. There are some PSU’s that should not be in any pc. What’s the full pc spec and the make and model of the psu?

Power-wise, most likely. Quality-wise, mileage varies. As sizzling mentioned, some PSU models/brands shouldn't be in any PC whatsoever such as Diablotek PSUs that have a reputation for killing all components connected to them to the more recent Gigabytes PSUs famous for exploding under load.
