PSUs tested good, everything stopped 5 days after build.

Build:
Asus Z170-E Mobo
i5-6500 cpu
Logisys 480w PSU
MSi GeForce gtx 1050 gpu
Windows 10 OS

I've had this run for 5 days after we built it, everything ran just fine. Next day I go to power it on, power led and fans turn on for a second and then nothing. Not even the PSU fan is on. I bought a new PSU (EV3A 500w) and same thing, both PSUs tested to be good. I took the Mobo out of the case to check and see if maybe it was touching metal but same thing, it wouldn't turn on. What do I do???

PSU tester confirms both are good. The old one however makes some weird sounds when turning off, and has a faint whine to it.
