tested my cpu and gpu for overheating ect and it seems to be fine. 99% of crashes end with the little error box which says send or leave without sending ? any help would be great. tried alot of methods but no luck. i5 4670k gtx 1060 6gb and 8gb ram

The game will use between 6.5GB and 10GB of system RAM, depending on what graphics card you have, and the game settings. It could be that. Run something like MSI afterburner, and monitor the Ram/CPU/GPU/vram usage, and see what it's like for yourself. At 1080p assuming your gaming on that res with that GPU (which is best suited to 1080p) then it's likely thats the problem, but you can find out for sure. You said you have tested for overheating etc. How did you do that? To be sure, run an instance of HWmon/Info and take a screenie by alt-tab out of the game. Post it and the Afterburner screenshot and let us know what usage you have.

Also, please list exact specs, mem and mobo, and PSU.

keep in mind it's poorly optimised with many known issues. IMO, PUBG is a dire game. Not talking about the gameplay itself, but rather it's implementation, memory leaks, massive FPS drops, even on decent hardware.

yes, you can do that, and then also, alt-tab out of the game while playing (making sure to have HWMon running) into the HWMon display, and take a screenshot of that too.

I'd rather the date from HWMon than afterburner, but with after burner you can set it to include CPU usage, temp, clockspeed - System Ram Usage - GPU temp, usage and Vram usage, which is almost the same, but more detailed in HWMon.

Everything looks okay there to me, to be honest. I'd suggest getting an extra 8gbs of ram. However, I'd advise you to get a 2 x 8gb matched kit, and sell your current module to offset the cost. If you just buy another 8gb, unless you match the timings/specifications exactly, you may have problems with getting the two dimms to work together.
