Can it run smoothly on PUBG? And on what option? Ultra? High? Medium? Low?

Sorry budget is still low.
I'll change the GPU sooner GTX 1060 6gb

Right now with that setup you could probably pull off medium settings, but once you upgrade to a 1060 your fine for higher settings.
