Question Pubg freeze

Hello,in last 15 days I have problems with freezing in pubg,when I playing like in duels or goin solo on map games or I m in buildings just freez for 5 sec and in that situation cpu goin on 100% and gpu on 0%(I m using msi afterburner),after that all is ok,sometimes can happen 2-3 times on ine map,my pc spec is:
I7 7700
1070ti
16gb ram 3000 mhz
Ssd 250 gb samsung m2
Win 10 pro
Playin on resolution 2560×1440
Have latest drivers my ping is 40 no pack lost,also when playin soli game not online like metro exodus on extreme all is good no freezing,idk realy what to do.

check cpu temp during the game?
malware scan your system?
how full is the ssd?

70gb free space on ssd,cpu temp 60-70,I didnt scan malware.
