pubg high fps but stuttering

Hello,i have a problem with pubg since update #10.I have very good fps but it feels really stuttery/laggy.The fps stays in the 144 area but it constantly drops to 139-140 fps and when it does that it feels really stuttery.I dont know what is causing this,im not sure if its my pc or if its the game.Its maybe caused by that anti cheat thing,idk.Any help would be appreciated!

gtx 1070
i5-8400
16 gb ram 3000mhz
mobo:gigabyte z370 hd3

PUBG is very poorly optimized I would think it's the game. Might try limiting your FPS.

Ya pubg has A lot of hitching and just poor optimization altogether. It feels like stuttering and it's hard to distinguish where it's coming from

thanks for the replies,im hoping that the problem is because of the game.All of my games are running super smooth except this one so that's what makes me think that the problem comes from the updates that have been introduced to the game.Thanks again!
