pubg:high vs ultra settings

hi i was wondering is there a big difference in pugb high and ultra settings since when i would put my game at ultra i would get around 60fps but since i have an 75 hz screen i was thinking that if i would but it on high i would have around 80 fps and since my eye isnt that good in graphics maybe you can help me out.
is there an big difference in pubg high and ultra settings and is the higher frame reate worth the compromise?

Saw some side by side game play in Pubg comparing this exact thing.
The visual difference was not very much at all, but the fps difference was pretty massive as you have seen.
There seems to be something in the ultra settings that is even less optomised than the game in general lol.
I'd say not worth it to shoot for ultra.
This is true in a lot of games.
I usually set everything to max in most games, then back off one setting at a time until I'm happy with the framerate.
Starting with anti-aliasing etc. backing this alone off can sometimes result in a pretty significant fps boost.
