So i discovered lags on 100-140 fps. Its almost like playing on 40 fps and i dont feel good playing like that. I reinstalled the game once and i think it helped a bit but still not good.

My pc specs:

Processor: Intel Core(R) Core(TM) i5-7600k CPU 4.2 ghz

GPU: Msi GeForce GTX 1070 Gaming X 8 GB

Ram: 16GB 2666 mhz (Corsair)

SSD: 250gb

MotherBoard: Msi Z270 Gaming Pro

Please help..!

PUBG is very poorly optimized which makes it a challenge to see if there is a hardware issue or if it is just the game running bad. I suggest going to userbenchmark.com and run a bench. It will bench your hardware and compare it to other entries. Leave a link here from your results and we can see if there are any potential hardware problems.

If hardware is not an issue, then you can try doing a clean install of the display drivers. I would use the DDU tool below to remove all of the old drivers and then download the new drivers from Nvidia. You may have a driver issue.

Hey i think im really stupid man... i forgot my monitor has AMD FreeSync and that makes the game more smooth and removes suttering so i think i solved the problem... i have a samsung curved 27" and i just realized i have amd freesync do you think it will help?

Free sync wont help you at all as you have a Nvidia GPU. Free sync only works on AMD GPUs.

The most recent nvidia driver update should have improvement in pubg, and as feelinfroggy777 said, your Nvidia gtx 1070 doesn't support AMD freesync, only g-sync and fast-sync. I notice pubg generally runs kinda choppy at times even with g-sync at high fps, I'd suggest that driver update and know you're not the only one!

but will it make the game more smooth? like from 60hz to 144hz... that is an example.. will it make the game smoother?

I think what froggy was trying to say was that Nvidia GPUs do not support FreeSync at all, which is correct. You CANNOT use freesync with an Nvidia GPU.
