PUBG Lagging like crazy

My cpu is usually around 90%- 100% and my gpu is around 70% to 50%. How can i make it use more gpu, all my settings are low and medium and im lagging worse than my friend with the same settings.
My Specs
i5-4590
gtx 1050 ti
8gb ddr3
500 samsung ssd no hard drive

My friends specs
i5 6500
gtx 1050
16 gb ddr4
1 tb hdd

The problem with lag is primarily a network problem. If your single player/offline play does not lag, then your graphic settings are fine, messing with them anymore will be just wasted effort. Need to figure out why your network is crapping on your game play. My friend had to go yell at comcast, which we all call comcrap and for good reason, to get his lag problems fixed and it took a month before they actually get a tech to fix the damn cables. At the very minimum you should run speedtest like at http://www.speedtest.net/ and get a latency measurement and compare that to your friends.

It's probably your network.Try freeing some space,uninstall/reinstall PUBG and turn off all background programs.Altough it should be running steady at 50 FPS.Maybe you drivers?Did you Overclock?Try downloading fraps to see your actual FPS..I Hoped this kinda helped!

What ingame settings do you have it on? You can try to install Gefore Experience and let it optimize the game for you. It's not the best tool to use but it will give you a ball park of what your system can do under a game that is not perfectly optimized.

You obviously do NOT understand network latency. 80Mbps is throughput. You can have crap latency and still get good throughput. You need to figure out the latency to the server.

I know it isnt latency issues because it lags in the main menu as well.
