but i play other highly intensive games and there is no issue.. i only have low gpu usage with pubg, but other games like watch dogs, green hell, far cry, etc.. i play it all max out with 100 gpu load... i dun think the i5 cpu could bottleneck the gtx 1060
Different games different results.
Your CPU is maxed out at that FPS and the video card can put out a lot more FPS so it has nothing to do because it's waiting on the CPU

I'm sorry.. CPU usage in PUBG is around 50, and GPU usage is around 20 or less.. i've tried only PUBG in 3 emulators, the rest of my games are not for android
Now your changing the story after posting it gets hard to help with inaccurate information, were not at your PC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If all other games are fine then it's your parts combination, CPU overheating or a number of other things. Might try reinstalling the game.
Note he is using more than 8GB of memory.

EDIT so your not even playing the PC version of the game?

Nothing else to add to the discussion.

yes i didn't know that it has a pc version, maybe thats the reason?.. although last times i played pubg on emulator was in 2019 and it was running fine.

make sure you have enabled virtualisation in bios settings (needed for android emulators to have decent performance on PC) and disable VBS/HVCI
