Question PUBG Mobile Issue

I've started playing PUBG Mobile and I'm encountering FPS drops at certain occasions, like when readying up and sometimes jumping out of the plane and sometimes in the middle of match.
I have an i5 3570 processor, 8GB Ram, ASUS GTX 960 4GB.
I play the game at 1980x1080 and also tried reducing the settings to low to high but still I get fps drops. My FPS is stuck at 59-60 in the lobby but when I get in-game it drops periodically. Someone help me with that please.
My GPU usage doesn't go above 25%-26% and idk why it doesn't use my gpu at fullest.

I play PUBG Mobile on Tencent Gaming Buddy.
Any help would be appreciated.

After resident evil update, the game is causing too much FPS drop and lag, try to lower your graphics settings and check again, the same issue is happening on Android phones and iPhone.

I have tried lowering the settings and noticed that lowering the settings is causing massive FPS drop, idk why. It doesn't drop much on high but sometimes during the match.

I'm noticing that it's using my CPU more and GPU less now, In other games it doesn't but IDK why it is in PUBG Mobile on TGB. Any fix?
