[SOLVED] PUBG stutters Frames while fighting, while opening scope or when the enemy comes near Discussion

I am facing the issue of lagging frames or stutters while fighting or when the enemy comes near to me.
sometimes it also happens when I am opening the scope.
Also, I have tried advance setting virtual memory ( Settings ) to system management but still facing this one issue can anybody help me kindly and let me know how I can solve this one issue
Specs:
I5 7500 3.40GHz
16 GB 3000MHz
Nvidia GTX 1060 3gb
WD Green SSD 250GB

There a few things you can do to try to eliminate stuttering and lag:

Lower settings in game.
Turn off nividia highlights and pubg replays.
Lookup empty standby list on you tube.
There is fix you can do in steam also:

theyre having DDOS issues with their servers too atm.. might be that too.
