Pubg Textures Flickering Black

I recently got my pc and it ran pubg completely smooth with 70 frames at 1080p with All settings very low. Problem is. The main menu and everywhere else is flickering black lines and stuff. All my other games run smooth. Plz help. Idk what happened. Do I need to update direct x or something? This happened after I updated my graphics card via Geforce Experience
