Question Pulsating humming noise coming from the psu when under load

There is this noise that i think is coming from the psu, since it only starts when my gpu power draw is high.
I've had this psu for a year now, but only started to notice the noise 4 ou 5 months ago, but since haven't been playing anything too demanding i kinda forgot about it, until yesterday basically.
What i want to know is, do i need to worry? Am i being paranoid abbout the noise? Is it coil whine or something else?

The noise itself is very noticeable to me, not so much in the recording, so if you can't hear anything try using a headphone and turning up the volume.
My PSU is an EVGA 500w BR

To less power for a banging transformer. Must be coilwine. It doesn't harm anything. The noise is annoying. Maybe replace the PSU for a much better unit because the EVGA BR is pretty low end.
