Pulsing power is it PSU?

I installed a PSU a few months ago and all of a sudden yesterday it started pulsing. Only way to get it to stop is to click the power supply off from behind. Checked all wiring and everything is connected, power button not stuck. Uploaded a video to youtube, see below. Any idea what is could be? Is it just a bad PSU? This is what I have: Sentey Xplus Power Supply 725 Watt (XPP725-HS)

It could be the PSU among other things. I would test the system with a different PSU and go from there.

Considering it's a very low quality power supply made by Sinyang Electronics , I would say you need a new PSU , a reliable branded unit.
