Question Pump Won't Turn On

CPU: 2700X
Mobo: ASUS ROG STRIX H470-F Gaming
CPU Cooler: H150i PRO RGB
PSU: Evga 650 G3
RAM: 2x16 Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000

I dont think my pump is kicking in. Each time I turn it on, I click on Corsair Link and it says I'm running at 100 degrees Celcius. It doesn't look like my pump is running. The only thing I did to the CPU cooler was replace the thermal paste with better Artic thermal paste. Any suggestions?

Corsair link has never read the cpu temp correctly on the ryzen 2000's and still the same on my 3600x.
What speed is the pump showing?

Hi, I'm brand new to Ryzen so I have no idea what ur talking about. But I uninstalled the Corsair and threw on the stock cooler and now the PC won't even boot. So now I'm returning and replacing.

Ok ryzen master is Amd's application for monitoring and oc but don't recommend the oc side of it.
Any Oc is best done manually.
But RM is the most accurate for temp and readings.
