I am getting kicked from PC CoD4 by punkbuster...But I do not cheat, or hack- I don't know how So what's going on?!

Open Task Manager and ensure both Punkbuster A and B services are running. If they are, go here to get PBSetup and update the CoD4 client files.

If the services aren't running, download them from here.
