Question Purchased new RAM kit, will not work with all four RAM slots populated

I purchased a new kit of RAM that is the exact same as my current set except the new set in Ver. 5.32 and my curent set is Ver. 5.31. When I put one new stick in and one old stick it works and picks up both, and both new sticks work together. however, when I put all four in my PC boots and then sticks on the MOBO splash screen. My mobo manual also states that having all four RAM slots populated is possible.

It's actually very common , when it comes to memory modules. Even identical modules purchased at separate times can be incompatible.

That's understandable but if that was the case why do one new and one old stick work fine together?

But they all won't run together , it happens , I come across this scenario a lot.

If they are same timings and etc. I think the B-Die of the old version 5.32?
Just found 2-3 posts here and some on reddit.
But nobody talks about it.

Maybe as they stated the DIE composition is different soo they dont work?
