Purchased new ssd and now hdd wont appear at all even in bios and disk management

I installed my new ssd in to my gaming pc an installed windows on it via usb and now since ive done that my hdd will not show up what so ever ive checked the bios and device manger and device management but if I uninstall the ssd then my hdd boots up just fine to windows and everything is there I just don't know what to do to ive tried almost every thing I can do your help would be greatly appreciated.

Try reinstalling Windows on the SSD with HDD removed. Then you can add the HDD.

i tried that and thaat didnt work
the hdd still doesnt appear do i need to take out the ssd again and boot up the hard drive and do anything

Since m.2, then check the manual and see if there are SATA ports that don't work when m.2 installed. Try connecting the HDD to different SATA port.
