I have been experiencing an issue where my pc will just shutdown after gaming or having a moderate load (Youtube, skype and Pokemon The Card Trading Game) for anywhere between 5 and 10 minutes.
After doing some research my best solution was to be to get a new psu. Just before I was going to order one, the problem went away for a few weeks, and now it's back. So I'm going to get a new PSU to avoid this happening in the future again.
I have:
ASUS M4A87TD/USB3 as my motherboard
AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.2 GHz as my CPU
Sapphire Tri-X R9 290X 8G Graphics Card.
I am looking at purchasing a EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750W.
Will this be compatible with my current system?
