[SOLVED] Pure rock slim good for overclocking

I have an Intel i5 9600kf with a Z motherboard and I want to overclock it.
I was going to buy a water cooling but I won for free a be quiet pure rock slim, my question is will it do the job for cpu overcloking and if so how much it can handle.
 
So I can't turbo boost it.
With that cooler at stock, assuming stock boost settings, you'll be at the limit. The cooler is 120w, the cpu at stock will pull 119w. Overclocked closer to 200.

I'd leave it at stock settings, with stock boost settings. And make sure mce isn't enabled if you have it on your board.

Even at that it will still run warm, but should work ok.

Sorry if I sound stupid but , stock boost settings is turbo boost right?
