Purple rash-like dots on LCD screen. No software for dead pixels worked.

Hi, I found a little circle purple rash-like thing on my LCD display on my laptop. after putting pressure, the purple stuff spread out more. Whats wrong with it? How would i fix it? ive tried everything. Please check the photo, thanks.
