hi!
I am currently using nzxt kraken x41 aio cooler for my cpu and x41 only has one fan included with it, which according to nzxt is enough for its radiator but I'm thinking of adding additional 140mm fan to it and the one i probably get is a corsair 140mm fan rgb ( i can't remember which exact model).
1.) Now I decided to add another is because due to the size of the radiator, it's hitting something in the case preventing me from installing it according to nzxt's recommended setup wherein the fan first then the fan (located at the rear side of the case btw) that is why i decided to install the fan first then the radiator so right now it is more of a pull setup.
2.) As I mentioned above, I tried to look for a same model of fan but fail to do so since most stores seems doesn't have the same exact fan, would it be possible to use different brand of 140mm fan and would the rpms of it be affected or can the cam software control its rpm..

thanks in advance for any comments and suggestions! 😀

Yes, you should be able to use two fans in push-pull config. Radiator fans are somewhat different than case fans. They are made for higher static pressure because of spacing between fins and pipes in the radiator and more pressure is needed to push air thru. Otherwise they are no different than any other fan. Now, if you are going to use new fan in pull orientation, any case fan would do too. It's important to have same or more flow capacity than push fan so it doesn't interfere with air flow. If you can't find exact same fan for second one, just see if you can find one that has same maximum Rpm.
Now the thing about connecting them. If MB has pins for CPU_Aux, it's a good place for it. If it doesn't, don't connect it it to CHA_Fan or SYS_Fan but get "Y" splitter for them so they could be controlled by CPU temperature.

im currently using the stock fan included in the liquid aio cooler for the pull config so from what i understand from what u said, its the pull is more important than the push fan? sorry im kinda new to radiators and AIOs 😀

as I mentioned in the post i really would love to use the stock fan for a push config but the case doesn't allow me to because of a certain part inside that is colliding with the radiator that is why I was forced to do a pull config instead 🙁
