Question Push/Pull config where the Pull fans have a lower RPM, bad idea?

I have a top mounted radiator and I can't fit any 25mm thick fans for push so I got the Noctua A12x15 (No pressure optimized fans that are 15mm thick so could only go with these). They have an RPM of 1800. I don't have them set up currently. Right now I'm using F12 Arctics in a pull-only config and they have an RPM of 1350. I'm wondering if it would be dangerous to use the Noctua fans for push and the Arctic fans for pull.

Here's to help visualize it. Currently I have A setup. Wondering if C is dangerous.

That's good to know. I'm gonna do my own testing, but do you think C would perform marginally better than B?

C having Noctua A12x15 for push and Arctic F12s for pull.
B having a push-only config with the Noctua A12x15.

So I put in the Noctuas and ran cinebench. Turns out having both fans made the temps significantly worse. Gonna need to get the screws needed for config B tomorrow. Hopefully it's better.
