Push Pull Config?

Can someone describe or give me a video link that describes what is the best way to orientate the fans. I know that push pull configurations exist, I just don't know what they mean. In case it does matter (no pun intended) here is the link to my case: https://goo.gl/snCIDy

Fans basically:
IN the front and/or bottom
OUT the top and/or back

Push/pull refers to two fans on a fin assembly of some sort. Air cooler or radiator.
One fan blowing towards the fins (push), and one fan on the other side, blowing out the other way (pull).
That usually makes little if any actual difference over having one fan on that fin assembly.
