Push/Pull H80i Cable Help? (Fan Controller/CPU Fan Header)

I am going to put my H80i in Push/Pull. There are 3 other fans in the case. I am going to attach 2 red led strips to a fan controller along with those 3 case fans. Since there are 2 cpu fans, should I plug one into the fan header and one into the fan controller? Should I put both fans into the fan controller?

My friend only has 1 connected to his H70. The other one is connected to the MOBO. I would go ahead and plug both into you cooler, his runs cool though. You can control the fans much easier when they are detected as the same fan.
