Push pull vs Pull Push?

I am building a new rig. The CPU cooler is the Deepcool Captain 360. I have enough money to get either a push pull or a pull push configuration. The Captain will cool an I7 5820K oced to a hopefully stable 4.8ghz on all cores. Should I get a push pull or a pull push setup? And what fans will provide the best temps? I do not care about the noise because I will be gaming with a headset. My computer case is a Thermaltake Core X9, which is a huge cube case with a ton of room. Thanks

Just make sure you are exhausting out the case, your use of push/pull vs pull/push is confusing. If you have two fans on either side of the radiator one will be pushing and the other will be pulling but switching the order of the words doesn't change anything.

Sorry for the confusion, I'll update the main post. To clarify, what I meant was for the setup, should the fans blow air out of the case or suck air into the case? Sorry for the confusion, it was my bad.

You want a little of both. Most will say more pulling in than pushing out for cleanliness (positive pressure), I say for a balanced neutral pressure, and others will say more out than in, or negative pressure. With such a large case, positive or neutral pressure is best, as it will be too difficult to effectively scavenge heat from such a roomy case.

As for the rad, it will be best to keep it separate from the motherboard's cavity, so it can receive and give the best cooling, with cool intake air and direct exhaust of the heat.

Ok thanks, but which fans would you recommend this for? The Noctua NF-12 black industrial edition edition or something else?
