[SOLVED] Pushing my luck on my Seasonic 520 watt PSU?

I'm wondering if an i7-5820K combined with a GTX 970 are going to be pushing it a bit on my Seasonic 520 watt PSU. Apparently the 970 idles at around 70 watts, but under load can hit as much as 300 watts. Combine that with the 140 watt TDP of the i7, then additional peripherals like fans and drives, I'm wondering if this might prove too much for it?

Thanks COLGeek! That is good to know. Annoyingly I sold an AX 850i about 6 weeks ago, if only I'd known!
