[SOLVED] Put in new cpu and cleaned now wont even turn on

As the title says but cleaned out pc with compressed air can. Not sure if I broke it with the air can as some of the liquid from the air can came out. Now wont turn on. Turns its self off after half a second and doesn't even go to bois.

PC specs.
Motherboard: gigabyte B250m-ds3h
Psu: corsair TX750M
Gpu: nvidia gtx 1060
Ram: corsair vengeance 2 sticks 8GB not sure of middle as cant find the box
Cpu: i7-9700k

Edit: forgot to mention I took the graphics card out to see if this was the problem but it made no difference.

9700K is an outstanding processor.
Buy a Z390 based motherboard that will be compatible.
There are cheaper 300 series motherboards available, but a Z series will let you get the most out of your new processor.
