Put in new cpu fan and now monitors won't turn on?

Hi guys, so i just put in a new cpu cooler, i moved my SSD, i moved my graphics card to a different pci slot, and i added a new sys fan. Computer turns on, some of my peripherals turned on, my monitors showed that they had power when i plugged them in, but when the computer was on the monitors "weren't connected" I moved my graphics card back and the fans on the card worked this time (they didn't on the previous one) but again monitors won't turn on. I've also flipped my ram and checked cable connections, anyone have any ideas?

Also just reset CMOS, still nothing monitor just says no signal , and i forgot the mention computer doesn't turn off right away when i press power button, i have to hold it

UPDATE: So I got it fixed, basically I somehow fried on of my dual channel ports for ram, I put the RAM in my other 2 and computer is working swell again.
