Did you just replace the fan? There are a lot of things that can be causing your car to overheat. The rad fins could be plugged causing no air to travel through, the inside of the rad core could be plugged causing to little of coolant flow through, the waterpump could be shot, the thermostat could be plugged, etc. The easiest thing to check would be the coolant level and how it looks, the next is if the fans are working and check the rad fins, then run the car and see if the upper radiator hose gets hot. If the upper rad hose does not get hot then you have a flow issue. If there is a flow issue then you need to drain the coolant and take the thermostat out. Boil some water and put the thermostat in, if it opens then that's not the problem. If it stays shut then there you go, bad thermostat. Replace it and try again. The next would be to pull the lower rad hose and then run water through the rad to see if it flows quickly through it. If you just get a dribble through then you got a plugged rad which you then pull out and replace or take to a rad shop. After that I'd look at the waterpump as I have seen impellers break before.
