Putting a something inside case for looks

Is it okay to put something like a small toy in a computer case? I don't plan on moving it around or anything, but my build is all light blue. I have this squirtle pokemon toy that matches that color perfectly, and I wanted to know if I could set it up on the bottom of the computer away from everything just for looks. Not sure if it would mess with anything.

I would anchor it somehow (ie hot glue or something) and make certain it was either non-conductive or away from anything that could potentially discharge through it. But yes, you certainly can. Lots of people put useless junk inside their machines just for the look.
