Putting a wireless internet card in a desktop PC

I have a compaq desktop computer and I want to put a network card in it so I bought one secondhand and it don't have the CD or the box. can I put it in without that stuff?

Sure, but more than likely you will have to download the correct driver for you OS from the manufacturers website. Maybe your OS will just recognize it and it will work. You never know...Good luck.

Yes, you can install it, and get the driver from the manufacturer's site. You just need to study the card and figure out what it is.
